Absolutely loved working with Brooke. She helped us a few years ago for my husband’s truck and then again yesterday with my new car. Brooke is always super happy and her communication with us is always perfect. I had the car within 24 hours of reaching out. Highly recommend seeing Brooke if you get a vehicle from Cortland used cars!

Easiest transaction ever!I had researched the vehicle I wanted in advance and came across Cortland Used Cars through CarGurus and Facebook Marketplace. I took a ride to Cortland Used Cars in the morning, test drove the one I wanted, got the financing, NEW license plates, insurance coverage and all of the paperwork signed right there and was done before noon. Mark was extremely helpful, and he called me for a follow up to see how things were going. I absolutely love the vehicle and the convenience of being able to drive it home the same day, no appointment was required. Very professional and friendly, that’s how you run a business. Highly recommend Cortland used cars, recently purchased a car and Mark was great to work with. He made the experience easy, the car was super clean and customer service was great! They have a large lot to choose from at all price ranges.
