It's been one week with my new vehicle, and no buyer's remorse. Cass was super helpful, and we were able to get the bulk of my car buying experience completed via emails and texts with none of that sales pushiness. When I went to pick up my car (2015 Mazda CX5), I was able to do a quick test drive and then some quick document signing and I was off. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely recomend service was great and they worked well with us even swapped out the tires for 4 brand new all seasons and washed our car before we picked it up the same day definitely will be returning as a customer

These guys have a good selection especially for being a used car place. Everyone there was super helpful with the whole buying process and making sure I found the right fit for me. Great prices, great staff, and a good turnover of vehicles. If you don’t see a car you want now it could be worth the wait in a few weeks to check in again. If your average dealership isn’t cutting it I suggest checking out Cortland Used Cars lot.

I waited a bit before doing this review because I had to make sure I didn't get a lemon...lol. First and foremost, Brooke gets a 5 star from me, as she was just awesome to work with, and even stayed after hours to finish up with us. Now the reason for the 4 star is that there was a minor issue that a mechanic should have caught. Old spark plugs caused to jeep the buck under load (usually just before it would shift). Even though I have a protection plan, I just changed them myself instead of going through the hassle of making an appointment, being down one car, etc... {seriously, its a 15 minute job). Now, would I recommend anybody to go to Cortland used cars? No question...YES!
