I was disappointed at first, because the truck I wanted sold the night before I got a chance to look at it. Cass was very nice and helpful. No pressure at all. I bought my second choice. Quite pleased

Cassi has been helping me for a couple of months now trying to find a car and I was overjoyed by the experience that her and her team gave to me as a first time car owner. Cassi was clear, concise, and flexible. She understood any struggles that came about it and never gave up when it came to finding me a new car. Thank you cassi! Cass did a great job helping me get a loan when we had thought we did not have a chance at getting alone. She was very thorough, very patient understanding. When we came in, she walked us through. Everything. Walked us out to the car . Very friendly and very helpful. In the last few months both my dotters have bought cars from cortland used cars and we all had Cass. She did an outstanding job with all of us. I would highly recommend her and cortland used cars to anyone. This is our third vehicle that me and my husband have purchased from cortland used cars. Over 30 years, we have purchased are vehicles from cortland used cars. All of the vehicles have lasted us a long time. And we went back to them again when we needed another vehicle. Now both are girls have done the same thing.

I reached out to cortland used cars late afternoon through website portal. Cass reached out within minutes she answered questions she gave advice and was all around professional. When it came time to pick up my purchase she came outside to inspect the car with me making sure all questions where answered she had all the proper paperwork ready to go laid out neatly in front of use explaining each one has we went through the process. I highly recommend cortland used cars ask for Cass she will have you in and out.

My experience with the folks at Cortland Used Cars was absolutely amazing from start to finish!! The best experience for me personally was beyond exceptional!! Brooke and all the rest of the folks that work there were pleasant and courteous above and beyond, I couldn't ask for a better experience.
